Add products and priced options to a form, then send customers to a secure hosted checkout after they submit. Connect Stripe, PayPal, or Square, choose the payment methods you want to offer, and track payment status alongside each response.
Form generation now gives you clearer progress and completion feedback, making it easier to follow a draft from your first description through to the finished form.
formformform now speaks MCP. Connect an AI assistant to your account over OAuth and it can list your forms, read submissions, and draft a new form from a description — scoped to exactly the permissions you grant, nothing more.
Panels across the app — admin, forms index, settings — now follow dark mode instead of staying stuck white. And blanking out every option on a dropdown, radio, or checkbox field no longer silently discards your edit: you'll get a clear warning, and the last remaining option can't be removed.
"Describe it with AI" joins Blank form and From template when you create a new form. Say what you need in plain language, see a working draft — every field, in the right order — and ask for changes before you commit to anything. Nothing is saved until you accept the draft.
Date and time inputs were getting clipped on narrow phone screens, and drifting out of alignment with the fields around them in Safari. Both are fixed — the picker always has enough room now, on any screen and any browser.
Building your first form? A quick-help modal and a full guide are now one click away in the editor. We also stopped the editor from accepting a second submit button — a sure sign the layout hasn't clicked yet — and open the guide instead.
Signing in used to land you on an empty dashboard. Now it's the forms list — with a strip above it showing what happened in the last seven days: how many submissions came in, and the five most recent, each linking straight to the response.
More breathing room around the tabs, a properly visible "open in new tab" icon next to Copy, and a full "Open in new window" button for anyone who kept missing the small one.
Image fields can now use a picture you upload directly from the editor — no more hosting it somewhere else and pasting in a URL (though that still works too). And attachments on a submission render properly by type: images show inline, everything else shows as a labeled card with its file type and size.
Find any form fast with search, status filters, and sorting on the forms list. Each card now shows a compact stats line, and a usage banner keeps your plan's limits in view without having to check settings.
We rebuilt the form editor's front end from the ground up. Drag-and-drop in the field palette is smoother, navigation is snappier — same editor you already know, just faster under the hood.
For the responses that truly can't leak — legal intake, patient questionnaires, whistleblower reports — turn on encryption and every answer is sealed in the respondent's browser to your own public key before it ever reaches us. We store only ciphertext; a breach of our systems exposes nothing readable.
Add an upload field to any form. Respondents attach a file — up to 2 MB — and you download or preview it from the response. On an encrypted form, uploads are encrypted right along with everything else.
Connect a form to Zapier and see every Zap currently watching it, right from that form's own Settings tab — no more hunting through account settings. Revoke a Zap in one click.
Checkbox fields with multiple answers now round-trip exactly the same way everywhere — CSV export, webhooks, Zapier, and the response view. We also added a display-only image field, for dropping a logo, banner, or instructional graphic between your questions.
Clone a form — fields, settings and all — and give the copy its own name. A fast way to start a variant without rebuilding from scratch. Submissions aren't copied, so the clone starts clean.
Redesigned from the ground up: your form's link is the hero, with one-tap Email, WhatsApp, and X sharing right below it. QR code, embed script, and iframe are still there — tucked into tabs instead of competing for space.
On a laptop or bigger, editing a field's properties now opens in a panel docked to the side instead of a drawer that covers your form. And it only saves when something actually changed — no more a request firing on every keystroke.
Open any response on its own page, with Next/Back to move through the rest without returning to the list each time. Notification emails now link straight to it.
