NPS ranges from −100 to 100
NPS is the percentage of promoters minus the percentage of detractors. Passives remain in the denominator.
Frequently asked questions
Should I include blank responses?
No. Only valid answers from 0 through 10 belong in the calculation.
Is NPS a percentage?
It is reported as a score without a percent sign, although its inputs are percentages.
