Responses & export

Charts and totals are useful, but they're a summary — and summaries hide the answers that actually matter. formformform keeps every submission in full, exactly as it was sent. Open any response and read it the way you'd read an email: every field, every long-form answer, every uploaded file, in order.

Nothing is averaged away or rolled into a bar chart you can't click into. When someone leaves a paragraph that explains the whole survey, you'll find it — not a sentiment score that stood in for it.

Responses arrive in an inbox-style view: newest at the top, unread marked, each one a row you can open. It reads like a shared mailbox for your form, not a spreadsheet you have to decode.

From there you can work through them the way a team actually works:

• Search across answers to find a name, an email, or a phrase.
• Filter by field value, date, or completion to narrow to the responses you care about right now.
• Tag responses and build segments — "follow up", "qualified", "needs review" — so the next person picks up where you left off.

Your data is yours, and it should be easy to take with you. Export to CSV whenever you want — the full set or whatever your current filters show.

Columns map to your fields with readable headers, dates stay in a sane format, and nothing is locked behind a paid tier or a support ticket. Drop it into a spreadsheet, hand it to an analyst, or load it into whatever you use next.
