Numbers and nuance, together
Rating scales and multiple choice give you trends you can track over time; open-ended questions capture the “why” behind the score. A scale is a choice field with its points written out as options — one to five, or nought to ten for NPS — so you set the wording rather than inheriting someone else’s. formformform keeps the number and the sentence in one response, so a 3/5 always arrives with the reason for it.
