Cleaning Quote Request Form Template
A cleaning price comes from facts, not from what someone is willing to spend: how many rooms, how dirty they are, how often you'll come back, whether there's a vacuum on site, and how you get in. This form asks all of that in one pass, so you can send a real number instead of arranging a visit to find out what the job is.

Who uses this template
About this template
A cleaning quote request form exists to answer one question before anyone gets in a van: what is this job, exactly? Most general quote forms ask for a service type, a description and a budget, which is enough to price design work but not enough to price a clean. Two three-bedroom houses on the same street can be an hour apart in practice, because one is cleaned every week and the other has not been touched since the tenants left. That difference lives in condition, frequency and access, and a form that does not ask about them produces a price that has to be corrected in person.
So this template asks for the measurable things. Rooms and bathrooms, or a floor area for commercial sites. Current condition, as a required field, with plain options that let someone admit the place is badly behind. What kind of clean it is — regular, one-off deep, end-of-tenancy, post-build, holiday-let changeover — kept separate from how often you'll come back, because those are two questions that get collapsed into one on most forms. Then the practical block: whether supplies and a vacuum are on site, how the cleaner gets in, whether anyone will be there, whether there are pets, and what the parking is like. None of that is small talk; every one of those answers moves the price or decides whether the job can happen at all.
There is deliberately no budget question. A cleaning quote is computed from facts the customer already knows, the way a freight rate is computed from weight and dimensions, so asking what someone wants to spend just collects a number nobody uses. The access field carries its own warning: it asks which method applies, never the code itself, because a key-safe or alarm code typed into a web form is a security problem that outlasts the job. formformform hosts every form in the EU and handles submissions under GDPR, and you can switch on optional end-to-end encryption for your own copy if you'd rather property and access details were sealed to your key before they are stored.

End-of-Tenancy Cleaning Quote Form
Price a move-out clean against an inventory check, with oven, fridge and cupboard interiors confirmed in scope before the deposit is at stake.
Weekly Domestic Cleaning Enquiry
Take on a regular household round with the frequency, access and pet questions answered before the first visit is scheduled.
Office Cleaning Quote Request
Use the floor-area field instead of a room count, and the occupancy question to establish whether the clean happens inside or outside trading hours.
Post-Construction Clean Enquiry
Capture builders' dust as a condition in its own right, so the job is priced as the heavy work it is rather than as a deep clean.
Holiday-Let Changeover Quote Form
Book a repeating changeover between guests, with key-safe access and laundry as an explicit extra rather than an assumption.
Landlord Void-Period Cleaning Request
Let an agent or landlord book a clean at an empty property, naming a third-party access contact instead of being there themselves.
Airbnb Host Cleaning Enquiry
Price a short-notice turnaround where the property is empty, parking is restricted and the schedule is dictated by check-out times.
Deep Clean Quote for a Neglected Property

How to create a cleaning quote request form
- 1
Click "Use this template" to load the cleaning quote request form into your free formformform account.
- 2
Edit the Rooms and Extras checkbox to match what you actually offer — remove carpet cleaning or ironing if you don't do them, rather than quoting for work you'd have to subcontract.
- 3
Set the frequency options to the schedules you genuinely run; if you don't take weekly work, delete the weekly option instead of turning it down later.
- 4
Decide whether the phone number should be required — it ships optional, and it only earns its place if you confirm bookings by phone.
- 5
Add conditional logic in the editor if you want the bedroom and bathroom fields to appear only for domestic property types, and the floor-area field only for commercial ones — the template ships flat, with every field visible.
- 6
Turn on end-to-end encryption in the form's own settings if you want addresses and access arrangements sealed before they reach your dashboard.
- 7
Publish and put the link behind a "Get a price" button on your site, and on the profile pages of any directory you list on.
Best practices for your cleaning quote request form
Keep the condition question required. It is the field that stops a quote being revised upward on the doorstep, and giving people an honest "heavily soiled" option gets a truer answer than a scale that makes them look bad.
Quote the type of clean and the frequency separately. A one-off deep clean at a property you also clean weekly is a different price from either on its own, and one combined field can't express that.
Ask about supplies every time, even for regular domestic work. A cleaner who arrives expecting a vacuum and finds none loses the visit, and the customer remembers it as your mistake.
take the code by phone once the job is booked, and change it when a cleaner stops working at that property.
Price parking as a visible line. Permits, paid bays and a long carry from the car are real costs; absorbing them quietly makes low-parking jobs subsidise the rest of your round.
Treat end-of-tenancy requests as inventory work. They are judged against a report and a deposit, so confirm the oven, fridge and cupboard interiors are in scope before you send a figure.
Reply with a price and a named assumption. "This assumes the condition described and around three hours" turns a number into something you can hold to, and gives you a fair reason to revisit it if the property turns out different.
Add an Upload field in the editor if you want photos rather than links. The template collects a share link because the template generator has no upload field, not because formformform lacks one.
Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't this form ask for a budget?
Because a cleaning price is computed, not negotiated. Rooms, condition, frequency and access give you the number; what the customer hoped to spend doesn't change how long a bathroom takes. It's the same reasoning behind the freight shipping template, which also has no budget field. If you'd rather qualify by budget anyway, add a dropdown in the editor — but read the condition and frequency answers first.
Can customers attach photos of the property?
This template asks for a share link, because formformform's template generator has no upload field to seed. The product does support uploads — add an Upload field to your copy in the editor and customers can attach photos directly, encrypted along with the rest of the form if you've turned encryption on.
Can I take a deposit when someone books a clean?
Not through the form. formformform has no payment field, and the only payment processing in the product is subscription billing for your own account. Take deposits wherever you already invoice, after the quote has gone out and been accepted.
Should I ask for a key-safe code on the form?
No, and the form is written to discourage it. Ask which access method applies, then take the code by phone or another agreed channel once the job is booked. A code sitting in a form submission stays there long after the cleaner has moved on, which is why it should be changed when they do.
Does this work for offices as well as homes?
Yes. The floor-area field exists so commercial sites can skip the bedroom and bathroom counts, and the occupancy question covers whether the clean happens inside or outside trading hours. For a purely commercial round, delete the bedroom field and make floor area required.
How is an end-of-tenancy clean different from a regular one on this form?
It's a separate option on the kind-of-clean field, and it changes what's in scope: an end-of-tenancy clean is judged against an inventory report and a deposit, so oven, fridge and cupboard interiors usually have to be ticked. The field description says so, and the extras checkbox lets the customer confirm it before you quote.
Does the form ship with conditional logic?
No. Every field is visible from the start, because formformform's template generator writes forms flat. The editor supports branching, so you can make the bedroom count appear only for domestic properties and the floor area only for commercial ones — it's a few minutes' work after you clone.
Is this template free?
Yes. You can use it, customise it and collect unlimited submissions at no cost, with no per-submission fees.
