About this template

A landscaping quote request form has a harder job than a general service enquiry, because the price of garden work is set almost entirely by things the customer would never think to mention. Area matters, but slope matters more: a terraced site needs retaining structures, steps and excavation that a flat one does not. Best practices for your landscaping quote request form

Keep slope and access required. They are the two fields that decide labour, and a form that lets someone skip them produces a price you will have to withdraw.

Keep "features that must be kept" required, with the "write nothing" instruction. It costs the customer five seconds and it protects a tree that has been there fifty years.

Ask about buried services before anyone quotes excavation. "Not sure" is a legitimate answer and a useful one

Why is there no budget field?
